Julie Ann is a new mom. She and her husband couldn't wait to take their newborn son home.
Her son was born a little early but otherwise a very healthy baby. Unfortunately, Julie Ann's ovary had ruptured and needed long term antibiotics to treat the infection. Because of her infection, she was not able to fully care for her new son while in the hospital.
RHI helped Julie Ann regain her independence so that she could return home and take care of her son. The team at RHI worked with her medical team, simplified her IV antibiotic regimen, and trained Julie Ann to administer her IV therapy at home. Julie Ann was able to come home, be a new mom, take her son for walks, and at the same time take care of herself.
